We are so honored you’re trusting us with your skin. That’s why your total and complete happiness with your Pour Moi purchase is what’s most important to us. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, please let us know right away so we can assist you. This includes but is not limited to free product exchanges, free skin consulting services or a 100% refund or your purchase. Simply follow the Return & Exchanges directions below. It’s all about you, and what makes you happy 🙂
Returns & Exchanges
Only Pour Moi products purchased on www.pourmoiskincare.com with valid and associated complete order information may be accepted for exchange or return. Please e-mail us at email@example.com with all information about your order so we can start the return/exchange process. Our online customer care specialists are here to help make this process simple and hassle-free for you.
What to do?
- Contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 909-243-1456 (9am-5pm PST M-F) with your detailed order information including your name, order number and email used to place the order with. Our customer service specialists will provide you via email with the Return & Exchange form for you to fill out.
- Carefully repack the unused products along with the completed Return &Exchange form. Mail the package to the below address.
- Shipping charges for regular orders are nonrefundable.
- Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the purchaser’s responsibility.
- We cannot accept empty bottles, nearly empty bottles, or bottles filled with tampered with or other creams for refund or exchange.
- We cannot refund or exchange partial items in a gift set or kit. All items in the kit or set must be returned to obtain a refund or accept an exchange.
- For returns of items with free gifts (such as BOGO offers – by one get one), you will need to send back the free gift or discounted items as well as the item you paid to qualify for a refund.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to a product, gift set or kit. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return or exchange.
Please allow 7-10 business days from our receipt of package for processing the return/exchange transaction.
